目的分析老年性肠梗阻的梗阻原因及诊治情况。方法对本院外科一区2011年1月~2013年12月收治的116例老年性肠梗阻患者的临床资料进行分析。结果本组116例老年性肠梗阻患者的病因为院肿瘤性肠梗阻38例(32.8豫),粘连性肠梗阻27例(23.3豫),嵌顿疝18例(15.5豫),粪块性肠梗阻11例(9.5豫),肠扭转2例(1.7豫),肠套叠1例(0.9豫),原因未明19例(16.4豫)。116例患者中手术治疗63例,34例经非手术治疗后好转,放弃治疗者19例。结论肿瘤性肠梗阻、粘连性肠梗阻、嵌顿疝是最常见的老年性肠梗阻病因,根据患者的病因及病情变化选择合理治疗方式,应严格掌握手术适应证。

Objective To analyze the causes of obstruction and conditions of diagnosis and treatment in elderly intesti-nal obstruction. Methods Clinical data of 116 elderly patients with intestinal obstruction in Ward One of Department of Surgery in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were analyzed. Results The main causes of elderly in-testinal obstruction were tumor-related intestinal obstruction in 38 cases (32.8%),adhesive intestinal obstruction in 27 cases (23.3%),incarcerated hernia in 18 cases (15.5%),stoolmass-related intestinal obstruction in 11 cases (9.5%),in-testinal twist in 2 cases (1.7%),and intussusception in 1 case (0.9%).The causes of the rest 19 cases were still unknown (16.4%).Among all these patients,63 patients accepted surgical treatment,34 cases got better by non-surgical treatment, and the 19 patients refused treatment. Conclusion Tumor-related intestinal obstruction,adhesive intestinal obstruction, and incarcerated hernia are most common causes in elderly intestinal obstruction.Based on patient’s etiology and dis-ease conditions,the reasonable surgical method is selected and the surgical indications should be strictly mastered.
