目的:探讨茎叶人参皂苷对脓毒症大鼠肺损伤是否有保护作用及可能的作用机制。方法将30只SD大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、人参组。用盲肠结扎穿孔法( CLP)建立脓毒血症肺损伤模型,尾静脉注射茎叶人参皂苷进行预防。观察动脉血氧分压( PaO2)、肺组织病理学改变、血清及肺组织匀浆中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白介素-1(IL-1)和血小板活化因子(PAF)的水平。结果模型组与对照组比较,PaO2降低、肺组织病理损伤明显、TNF-α、IL-1和PAF水平明显升高(P<0.05);人参组与模型组比较,PaO2升高、肺组织病理损伤较轻、TNF-α、IL-1和PAF水平明显下降(P<0.05)。结论茎叶人参皂苷可能是通过抑制TNF-α、IL-1和PAF水平减轻脓毒血症引起的肺损伤。

목적:탐토경협인삼조감대농독증대서폐손상시부유보호작용급가능적작용궤제。방법장30지SD대서수궤분위대조조、모형조、인삼조。용맹장결찰천공법( CLP)건립농독혈증폐손상모형,미정맥주사경협인삼조감진행예방。관찰동맥혈양분압( PaO2)、폐조직병이학개변、혈청급폐조직균장중종류배사인자(TNF-α)、백개소-1(IL-1)화혈소판활화인자(PAF)적수평。결과모형조여대조조비교,PaO2강저、폐조직병리손상명현、TNF-α、IL-1화PAF수평명현승고(P<0.05);인삼조여모형조비교,PaO2승고、폐조직병리손상교경、TNF-α、IL-1화PAF수평명현하강(P<0.05)。결론경협인삼조감가능시통과억제TNF-α、IL-1화PAF수평감경농독혈증인기적폐손상。
Objective To study the protective effect of stem and leaf ginsenoside on lung in septic rats. Methods 30 adult SD rats were randomly divided into three groups:the control group, the sepsis model group, and the ginsenoside group. The ginsenoside group was injected with stem and leaf ginsenoside. The arterial gas was exam-ined. The levels of serum TNF-α, IL-1 and PAF were measured by ELISA experimentation. Results The level of PaO2 was lower in the sepsis model group than in the control group. The damage of sepsis model group was more seri-ous. The levels of TNF-α, IL-1 and PAF were higher in the sepsis model group than in the control group ( P <0. 05). The level of PaO2 was higher in the ginsenoside group than in the sepsis mode group. The damage of the sep-sis model group was lighter. The levels of TNF-α, IL-1 and PAF were lower in the ginsenoside group than in the sep-sis mode group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Stem and leaf ginsenoside probably can inhibit the level of TNF-α, IL-1 and PAF to reduce lung injury caused by sepsis.
