目的:探讨肺炎支原体在儿童中的分布情况。方法选取来本院就诊的1358例患儿作为研究对象,采用金标免疫渗滤分析原理定性测定人血清中的肺炎支原体IgM抗体。结果在1358例患儿中,肺炎支原体IgM抗体阳性435例,其中约1岁者26例(10%),1~3岁者170例(39%),3~6岁者167例(42%),跃6岁者72例(28%)。在不同季节患儿的肺炎支原体抗体检测中,春季有138例(41%),夏季有59例(22%),秋季有164例(38%),冬季有87例(27%)。不同性别的儿童之间,男性肺炎支原体IgM抗体阳性者208例(31%),女性肺炎支原体IgM抗体阳性者234例(33%)。结论肺炎支原体在1~6岁的儿童中发病率较高,春秋季节阳性率显著高于夏冬季节,而性别之间无差异。

Objective To explore the distribution of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods 1358 children in our hospital were selected as research object.Gold standard immune infiltration analysis principles was used to qualitatively determine the Mycoplasma pneumonia IgM antibody in human serum. Results In 1358 children,the children of positive Mycoplasma pneumonia IgM antibody were 435 cases,there were 26 cases (10%) of less than 1 year old,170 cases from 1 to 3 years old,167 cases (42%) from 3 to 6 years old.In different seasons,138 cases (41%) were in spring,59 cases (22%) were in summer,164 cases (38%) were in autumn,87 cases (27%) were in winter.Between different gender,645 cases were male,713 cases were female.The positive Mycoplasma pneumonia IgM antibody of male was 208 cases (31%),the posi-tive Mycoplasma pneumonia IgM antibody of female was 234 cases (33%). Conclusion The incidence of Mycoplasma pneu-monia from 1 to 6 years old children was higher.The positive rate in spring and autumn was significantly higher than that in summer and winter. There was little difference between the gender.
