目的：观察厄贝沙坦联合左旋氨氯地平治疗高血压并发慢性肾功能不全的临床效果。方法将患者随机分为治疗组、对照组，治疗组服用厄贝沙坦联合左旋氨氯地平，对照组服用左旋氨氯地平，共治疗12周。定期检测患者的血压、血清钾、血尿酸、肝肾功能。结果两组治疗12周后的血压均明显下降(P<0.01)，两组治疗后的收缩压差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，舒张压差异无统计学意义(P跃0.05)。治疗组治疗后的尿蛋白明显下降(P<0.01)，血尿酸也有所下降(P<0.05)，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，其他生化指标无明显变化。结论厄贝沙坦联合左旋氨氯地平的效果好，副作用少，且对患者的肾功能有保护作用，是治疗慢性肾功能不全的理想药物。
목적：관찰액패사탄연합좌선안록지평치료고혈압병발만성신공능불전적림상효과。방법장환자수궤분위치료조、대조조，치료조복용액패사탄연합좌선안록지평，대조조복용좌선안록지평，공치료12주。정기검측환자적혈압、혈청갑、혈뇨산、간신공능。결과량조치료12주후적혈압균명현하강(P<0.01)，량조치료후적수축압차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)，서장압차이무통계학의의(P약0.05)。치료조치료후적뇨단백명현하강(P<0.01)，혈뇨산야유소하강(P<0.05)，여대조조비교，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)，기타생화지표무명현변화。결론액패사탄연합좌선안록지평적효과호，부작용소，차대환자적신공능유보호작용，시치료만성신공능불전적이상약물。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of irbesartan combined with levamlodipine treating hypertension complicated with chronic renal insufficiency. Methods Patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,the treatment group was treated with irbesartan combined with levamlodipine, and the control group was only given levamlodipine.Patients were treated for 12 weeks.Blood pressure,serum potassium,serum uric acid,liver and kidney function of patients were detected regularly. Results The blood pressure of the two groups after 12 weeks treat-ment decreased significantly (P<0.01),and there was a statistical difference of the systolic blood pressure between the two groups (P<0.05),there was no statistical difference of diastolic blood pressure between the two groups (P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the urinary protein of the treatment group significantly decreased (P<0.01),blood uric acid also decreased (P<0.05),there was no obvious changes in other biochemical indexes. Conclusion Irbesartan combined with levamlodipine has a good effect with fewer side effects,and has protective role on renal function.Irbesartan combined with levamlodipine are idea drug treating chronic renal insufficiency.
