提出了一种不受变压器运行条件约束的绕组在线诊断方法。在线采集实际运行中的变压器振动数据,分析振动数据并获取变压器振动曲线,振动曲线结合绕组理论模型,最终获得变压器绕组运行状态。该方法与被测变压器没有电气连接,对设备的正常运行无任何影响,可以安全、可靠地达到诊断目的。

This paper proposed an online winding diagnosing method without the condition binding of transformer’s operation. The trans-former winding condition would befinally obtained through combining vibration curve with winding theory model, and this curve could be got by analyzing vibration data which was collected online during the transformer’s real-time operation. There was no electrical connection between the tested transformer and the testing device, which has no impacts on the normal operation of this transformer. This method could diagnose the tested transformer safely and reliably.
