针对机械碳刷式稳压器碳刷磨损、噪声大、可靠性低、响应时间长等缺点,设计了一种新型的采用PLC控制的无触点补偿式大功率交流稳压器。该稳压器采用了基于变压器有载调压和电压串联补偿技术的新型电力电子拓扑结构,通过PLC控制系统实现了智能稳压功能,经样机性能实测,具有容量大、效率高、可靠性高、无噪声等优点。
針對機械碳刷式穩壓器碳刷磨損、譟聲大、可靠性低、響應時間長等缺點,設計瞭一種新型的採用PLC控製的無觸點補償式大功率交流穩壓器。該穩壓器採用瞭基于變壓器有載調壓和電壓串聯補償技術的新型電力電子拓撲結構,通過PLC控製繫統實現瞭智能穩壓功能,經樣機性能實測,具有容量大、效率高、可靠性高、無譟聲等優點。

This paper designed a new type of no-contact compensative high-power AC stabilizer with the programmable logic control system to overcome the shortcomings of worn carbon brush, large noise, low reliability, long response time of mechanical carbon brush sta-bilizer. The stabilizer adopted a new type of power electronic topology which integrated on-load voltage regulation technology and voltage series-compensative technology. The programmable logic control system realized the intelligent voltage regulation. The performance of ac-tual measurement veri昀ed that the prototype has the advantages of large capacity, high efficiency, high reliability, no noise and so on.
