目的:探讨颈动脉体瘤的临床病理学特点及诊断要点。方法对1例颈动脉体瘤的临床资料、病理形态学及免疫组化特点进行分析,并结合文献对其诊断及鉴别诊断进行探讨。结果本例镜下肿瘤细胞呈巢状条索状生长,间质纤维组织增生,玻璃样变,血窦丰富,中央以主细胞为主,外周以支持细胞为主,瘤细胞胞浆丰富,核圆形、椭圆形,染色质细腻,核分裂象罕见。免疫组化:Syn (+)、CgA (+)、CD56 (+)、S-100(支持细胞+)、EMA (-)、FVIII (+)、AE1/AE3(-)、D2-40(-)、Desmin(-)、Vimentin(+)、CD34(血管+)、GFAP(-)、NSE(+)、Ki-67(index<5%)。结论颈动脉体瘤非常罕见,提高对该病临床病理特点的认识,可避免误诊。

목적:탐토경동맥체류적림상병이학특점급진단요점。방법대1례경동맥체류적림상자료、병리형태학급면역조화특점진행분석,병결합문헌대기진단급감별진단진행탐토。결과본례경하종류세포정소상조색상생장,간질섬유조직증생,파리양변,혈두봉부,중앙이주세포위주,외주이지지세포위주,류세포포장봉부,핵원형、타원형,염색질세니,핵분렬상한견。면역조화:Syn (+)、CgA (+)、CD56 (+)、S-100(지지세포+)、EMA (-)、FVIII (+)、AE1/AE3(-)、D2-40(-)、Desmin(-)、Vimentin(+)、CD34(혈관+)、GFAP(-)、NSE(+)、Ki-67(index<5%)。결론경동맥체류비상한견,제고대해병림상병리특점적인식,가피면오진。
Objective To explore the clinicopathologic characteristics and diagnostic criteria of carotid body tumor. Methods The clinical data, pathomorphology and immunohistochemical staining of one patient with carotid body tumor were analyzed, and its diagnosis and differential diagnosis combined with the literature were also studied. Results Microscopic examination showed that the tumor cells were funicular in nests, interstitial fibrous tissue with hyperplasia, hyaline and rich blood sinus. Central cells were mainly primary cells, and peripheral cells were mainly support cells. The tumor cells were rich cytoplasms, nuclear circle, elliptic and exquisite chromatin with rare karyokinesis. Immunohisto-chemical staining showed that the tumor cells were Syn( +), CgA( +), CD56( +), S-100(support cells+), EMA ( -), FVIII( +), AE1/AE3( -), D2-40( -), Desmin( -), Vimentin( +), CD34(artery+), GFAP( -), NSE ( +) and Ki-67 ( index<5%) . Conclusion Carotid body tumor is rare, therefore it is essential to avoid misdiagnosis by enhancing awareness of the clinicopathologic characteristics of the disease.
