目的：分析经阴道子宫切除术常见并发症发生情况。方法对2006年1月—2013年12月于解放军404医院行经阴道子宫切除的668例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果668例中有21例发生并发症,发生率为3．14%。其中术中并发症为出血多5例,膀胱损伤1例；术后并发症为术后24 h内盆腔出血10例,24 h后盆腔出血伴血肿1例,术后泌尿系感染和下肢深静脉血栓各2例。结论经阴道子宫切除术安全易行,掌握手术适应证及技巧可有效防止并发症。
목적：분석경음도자궁절제술상견병발증발생정황。방법대2006년1월—2013년12월우해방군404의원행경음도자궁절제적668례적림상자료진행회고성분석。결과668례중유21례발생병발증,발생솔위3．14%。기중술중병발증위출혈다5례,방광손상1례；술후병발증위술후24 h내분강출혈10례,24 h후분강출혈반혈종1례,술후비뇨계감염화하지심정맥혈전각2례。결론경음도자궁절제술안전역행,장악수술괄응증급기교가유효방지병발증。
Objective To analyze the incidence rate of common complications of transvaginal hysterectomy ( TVH) . Methods Clinical data of 668 patients undergoing transvaginal hysterectomy admitted during January 2006 and December 2013 was retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 668 patients, 21 patients had complications, and the incidence rate of complication was 3. 14%. The intraoperative complications included 5 patients with bleeding and 1 pa-tient with bladder injury; postoperative complications included 10 patients with pelvic hemorrhage within postoperative 24 h, 1 patient with bleeding within postoperative 24 h, 1 patient with pelvic bleeding and hematoma within postoperative 24 h, 2 patients with postoperative urinary tract infections and 2 patients with thrombophlebitis of deep veins of lower ex-tremities. Conclusion TVH is safe and exercisable, and the complications of TVH can be effectively prevented by mas-tering the surgical indications and techniques.
