目的:探讨不同喂养方式对婴儿早期生长发育的影响。方法分析滨州医学院烟台附属医院儿科2012年1月~2014年1月收治的80例婴儿的临床资料,依据喂养方式不同进行分组,A组(人工喂养组)和B组(母乳喂养组),每组各40例。观察比较两组婴儿出生~42 d、>42 d~2个月、>2~3个月、>3~6个月的体重净增值、身长净增值和头围净增值,以及两组婴儿6个月时的智力和运动发育情况。结果 B组出生~42 d、>42 d~2个月、>2~3个月婴儿体重净增值高于A组,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.98、3.12、2.53,P<0.05),两组婴儿>3~6个月的体重净增值比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.24,P>0.05)。 B组>2~3个月、>3~6个月婴儿的身长净增值均高于A组,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.71、3.05,P<0.05);两组出生~42 d、>42 d~2个月婴儿的体重净增值比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.33、0.25,P>0.05)。 B组出生~<42 d、>2~3个月婴儿的头围净增值均高于A组,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.20、2.91,P<0.05);两组婴儿>42 d~2个月、>3~6个月的头围净增值无明显差异(t=0.26、1.14,P>0.05)。 B组婴儿6个月时的智力发育指数和运动发育指数均优于A组,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.91、2.98,P<0.05)。结论母乳喂养可以提高婴儿的体格发育,对于智力发育指数和运动发育指数的提高均有重要的意义,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To approach influence of infant early growth and development by different feeding patterns. Methods Analyzed 80 cases clinical data of infant in Department of Pediatrics Yantai Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical University from January 2012 to January 2014, which was divided into two groups by different feeding patterns. Group A (artificial feeding group) and group B (breastfeeding group), with 40 cases in each group. The height net added value and head circumference added value of infants in the two groups in birth to 42 d,>42 d-2 months,>2-3 months,>3-6 months were observed and compared; the mental and physical development of infants in the two groups. Results In birth to 42 d, >42 d-2 months, >2-3 months three period of time the weight net added value of infants in group B were higher than those of the group A, the differences were statistically significant (t=2.98, 3.12, 2.53, P< 0.05), but the weight net added value of infants>3-6 months in the two groups has no statistically significant difference (t=0.24, P > 0.05); in >2-3 month, >3-6 months two period of time, the height net added value of group B were higher than those of group A, the differences were statistically significant (t=2.71, 3.05, P<0.05);in born to 42 d, 42 d-2 months two period of time the weight net added value of infants in the two groups has no statistically significant difference (t=0.33, 0.25, P> 0.05); in birth to 42 d, >2-3 month two period of time, head circumference added value of infants in the group B were greater than group A, the differences were statistically significant (t=3.20, 2.91, P< 0.05); In >42 days-2 month,>3-6 month two period of time of two groups has no statistically significant difference (t=0.26, 1.14, P>0.05). The MDI and PDI of group B in 6 month were better than the group A, the differences were statistically signifi-cant (t=3.91, 2.98, P< 0.05). Conclusion The physical development is improved by breast feeding, the increased of MDI and PDI are important significance, which is to be used.
