目的：分析北京市某三甲儿科专科医院上报的91起护理不良事件发生的原因及特点,制订防范措施,为提高护理质量,保证护理安全提供依据。方法回顾2010年1月~2011年6月某院护理不良事件,对发生护理不良事件类型、发生的时间、事件分级、事件责任人、护士的工作年限、发生不良事件的患儿年龄进行分析。结果坠床、给药错误、其他(病历记录错误、体重测量错误、忘松止血带等)、压伤、管路滑脱、医嘱相关、跌倒为不良事件的主要类型,04：00~07：59、08：00~11：59、16：00~19：59为不良事件发生时间段,不良事件级别以玉级为主,不良事件的主要责任人为护士,发生不良事件的护士工作年限以1~5年、10年以上护士为主,发生不良事件的患儿年龄以>1~6岁、6岁以上患儿为主。结论对儿科护理不良事件进行原因分析,并针对原因制订防范措施,减少儿科护理不良事件的发生,提高临床的护理质量,保证患儿的护理安全。

Objective To analyze the cause and character of 91 adverse events in pediatrics and nursing in a 芋-A hospital certain children's hospital and set precautionary measure in order to improve nursing quality and provide the basis to ensure nursing safety. Methods Nursing adverse events in the whole hospital were retrospected from January 2010 to June 2011 and the type, time, event classification, person in charge, years of working and the age of patient in the nursing adverse events were analyzed. Results Dropping of bed, wrong drugs, others (medical records, weight mea-surement errors, forget to loose a tourniquet, etc.), pressure sores, pipeline falling off, doctor’s order relevance, falling down were main types, 04:00-07:59, 08:00-11:59, 16:00-19:59 were main time of adverse events, class Ⅰ was the main classification, the main person in charge were nurses, the years of working was 1-5 years and mainly more than 10 years, the age of patient was from >1-6 years old and mainly more than 6 years old. Conclusion Analyzing the cause of nursing adverse events and setting precautionary measure, in order to reduce nursing adverse events, improve the clinical nursing quality and ensure the safety of patients.
