目的:探讨股骨髁髌面慢性软骨损伤的临床与MRI表现特征,分析可能的易发因素。方法回顾性分析MRI诊断的106例股骨髁髌面慢性软骨损伤的临床及影像学资料。结果 MRI表现为股骨髁髌面软骨正常形态信号消失,轮廓不规则,软骨缺损,部分伴软骨剥脱及软骨下骨质信号异常。本组均伴髌骨损伤,47例(44%)伴发育性髌骨异常,67例(63%)伴髌滑膜皱襞残存,35例(33%)有较长期寒冷刺激史,6例(6%)有外伤性髌骨半脱位病史。结论 MRI能准确诊断股骨髁髌面慢性软骨损伤,结合临床,能够初步判断可能的病因。
目的:探討股骨髁髕麵慢性軟骨損傷的臨床與MRI錶現特徵,分析可能的易髮因素。方法迴顧性分析MRI診斷的106例股骨髁髕麵慢性軟骨損傷的臨床及影像學資料。結果 MRI錶現為股骨髁髕麵軟骨正常形態信號消失,輪廓不規則,軟骨缺損,部分伴軟骨剝脫及軟骨下骨質信號異常。本組均伴髕骨損傷,47例(44%)伴髮育性髕骨異常,67例(63%)伴髕滑膜皺襞殘存,35例(33%)有較長期寒冷刺激史,6例(6%)有外傷性髕骨半脫位病史。結論 MRI能準確診斷股骨髁髕麵慢性軟骨損傷,結閤臨床,能夠初步判斷可能的病因。
목적:탐토고골과빈면만성연골손상적림상여MRI표현특정,분석가능적역발인소。방법회고성분석MRI진단적106례고골과빈면만성연골손상적림상급영상학자료。결과 MRI표현위고골과빈면연골정상형태신호소실,륜곽불규칙,연골결손,부분반연골박탈급연골하골질신호이상。본조균반빈골손상,47례(44%)반발육성빈골이상,67례(63%)반빈활막추벽잔존,35례(33%)유교장기한랭자격사,6례(6%)유외상성빈골반탈위병사。결론 MRI능준학진단고골과빈면만성연골손상,결합림상,능구초보판단가능적병인。
Objective To investigate the clinical and MRI features of the chronic injury in the patellar surface of the femoral condyle, and to analyze the possible etiologies. Methods The clinical and imaging data of 106 cases of the chronic injury in the patellar surface of the femoral condyle diagnosed by MRI was analyzed retrospectively. Results MRI showed the normal morphology and signal of the cartilage disappeared, irregular contour, cartilage defects, partial exfoliation with cartilage and abnormal signal in the subchondral bone. All were with patella injury, 47 patients (44%) with developmental abnormalities of the patella, 67 patients (63%) with patellar plica remnant, 35 patients (33%) had a long history of cold stimulation, 6 patients (6%) had a history of traumatic subluxation of the patella. Conclusion MRI can accurately diagnose the chronic injury in the patellar surface of the femoral condyle, combined with the clinical da-ta, it also can help to judge the possible etiologies.
