目的:探讨丙型肝炎患者白介素-2(IL-2)与肝功能及丙型肝炎病毒RNA(HCV-RNA)的相关性情况。方法收集南阳市中心医院2009年1月~2014年1月收治的丙型肝炎患者60例作为丙型肝炎组,同时选取同期健康体检者100例作为对照组。采用全自动生化分析仪检测谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)情况,采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法检测IL-2,采用反转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测HCV-RNA情况。分析丙型肝炎患者IL-2与HCV-RNA、肝功能的相关性。结果丙型肝炎组IL-2、ALT、AST、TBIL、DBIL水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=29.85、72.02、48.82、43.19、31.32,均P<0.05),丙型肝炎患者IL-2与HCV-RNA呈负相关(r =-0.429,P<0.05),与ALT、AST呈正相关性(r =0.503、0.512,P<0.05)。结论丙型肝炎患者血清中的IL-2水平表达增高,HCV可促进IL-2的分泌,并与肝功能损伤有关。

목적:탐토병형간염환자백개소-2(IL-2)여간공능급병형간염병독RNA(HCV-RNA)적상관성정황。방법수집남양시중심의원2009년1월~2014년1월수치적병형간염환자60례작위병형간염조,동시선취동기건강체검자100례작위대조조。채용전자동생화분석의검측곡병전안매(ALT)、곡초전안매(AST)、총담홍소(TBIL)、직접담홍소(DBIL)정황,채용매련면역흡부측정(ELISA)법검측IL-2,채용반전록취합매련반응(RT-PCR)검측HCV-RNA정황。분석병형간염환자IL-2여HCV-RNA、간공능적상관성。결과병형간염조IL-2、ALT、AST、TBIL、DBIL수평균고우대조조,차이균유통계학의의(t=29.85、72.02、48.82、43.19、31.32,균P<0.05),병형간염환자IL-2여HCV-RNA정부상관(r =-0.429,P<0.05),여ALT、AST정정상관성(r =0.503、0.512,P<0.05)。결론병형간염환자혈청중적IL-2수평표체증고,HCV가촉진IL-2적분비,병여간공능손상유관。
Objective To approach relation of IL-2 and liver function, HCV-RNA in HCV patients. Methods From January 2009 to January 2014, 60 HCV patients in Nanyang Central Hospital were selected as HCV group, and 100 healthy check-up persons were selected as control group. The ALT, AST, TBIL, DBIL were detected by fully automatic biochemical analyser, the IL-2 was detected by ELISA, the HCV-RNA was detected by RT-PCR. The correlation of IL-2 and HCV-RNA, liver function in HCV patients were detected. Results The IL-2, ALT, AST, TBIL, DBIL of HCV group were higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (t = 29.85, 72.02, 48.82, 43.19, 31.32, all P<0.05). There was negative correlation between IL-2 and HCV-RNA in HCV patients (r =-0.429, P< 0.05), positive correlation between IL-2 and ALT, AST (r = 0.503, 0.512, P< 0.05). Conclusion IL-2 is higher level in sera of HCV-infected patients, HCV can promote IL-2 secretion, which is associated with liver function injury.
