目的 比较经腹膜外腹腔镜与经腹腔途径前列腺癌根治术的临床效果。方法 收集我院 2008 年6 月～ 2013 年6 月收治的122 例前列腺癌患者，分为对照组和观察组各61 人，对照组患者予以经腹腔途径腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术治疗，观察组予以经腹膜外途径腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术治疗。比较观察组和对照组两组患者的临床疗效。结果 经腹膜外途径腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术治疗组的临床疗效明显优于经腹腔途径腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术治疗组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。结论 经腹膜外腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术临床疗效显著。

목적 비교경복막외복강경여경복강도경전렬선암근치술적림상효과。방법 수집아원 2008 년6 월～ 2013 년6 월수치적122 례전렬선암환자，분위대조조화관찰조각61 인，대조조환자여이경복강도경복강경전렬선암근치술치료，관찰조여이경복막외도경복강경전렬선암근치술치료。비교관찰조화대조조량조환자적림상료효。결과 경복막외도경복강경전렬선암근치술치료조적림상료효명현우우경복강도경복강경전렬선암근치술치료조，차이구유통계학의의（P ＜ 0.05）。결론 경복막외복강경전렬선암근치술림상료효현저。
Objective To compare the clinical results of extraperitoneal laparoscopic intraperitoneal route with radical prostatectomy.Methods 122 cases of prostate cancer in our hospital from June 2008 to June 2013 were divided into control group and observation group and 61 in the control group of patients to be intraperitoneal laparoscopic radical prostatectomy treatment, observation group be extraperitoneal laparoscopic radical prostatectomy treatment. Observation group and the control group of patients with clinical efficacy groups.Results The clinical efficacy of extraperitoneal laparoscopic radical prostatectomy in the treatment group was signiifcantly better than the intraperitoneal laparoscopic radical prostatectomy in the treatment group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion The extraperitoneal laparoscopic radical prostatectomy has signiifcant clinical effect.
