为评估国内法律法规在国际赛马进出境检疫方面的适用性，将国际赛马跨境移动的特殊性与我国现行的动物检疫法律法规进行了对照，发现国内法律法规在此方面的适用性较差，建议修订完善相关法律，制订相应的技术规范。

In order to assess the applicability of China’s animal quarantine laws and regulations in the entry-exit quarantine of international racing horses,a comparison was conducted between the special requirements for international transport of competing horses and our current laws and regulations on international equestrian events,and it was found that the applicability of our current laws and regulations on competing horses was poor. Suggestions were made to revise and improve the related laws and formulate the corresponding technical regulations.
