食品安全问题日益凸显，有效的食品质量溯源系统可以准确地追溯食品的相关信息，加强对食品安全监控力度。基于物联网的食品质量追溯管理系统利用二维码技术、数据同步技术、智能传感器技术等物联网相关技术，采集食品的加工、物流及流通销售过程中的数据，建立产品溯源数据中心。该系统主要包含生产线在线控制系统、追溯查询系统和收发货管理系统三个子系统，实现了生产商与经销商之间食品信息的共享以及帮助消费者快速、准确地查询食品信息，保证了食品信息可追溯，增强了依据生产链和销售链追溯食品的能力。

The food quality traceability management system based on the Internet of things uses planar bar code technology, data synchronization technology, intelligent sensor and so on, which collect the data about the process of the food processing, the food logis-tic and the food sale and establish the center of the traceability data. The system includes the online controlling subsys-tem of the production line, the query subsystem of traceability data, the management subsystem of the marketing of food, which realizes the data sharing between manufacturer and distributor, helps the consumer investigate the informa-tion of the food accurately, ensures that the information of food can be traced back, and enhances the ability of food traceability based on production chain and sales chain.
