[目的]为分析猪肺炎支原体（MHP）、猪鼻支原体（MHR）与猪蓝耳病病毒（PRRSV）在临床感染中的相互关系。[方法]对从山东省规模化猪场收集的213份疑似病料进行PRRSV、MHP和MHR的检测，结合猪场的免疫背景对结果进行分析。[结果]发现在猪肺炎支原体免疫猪场，猪肺炎支原体感染比例显著降低，而在猪肺炎支原体非免疫猪场，猪鼻支原体与猪肺炎支原体、猪蓝耳病病毒的混合感染率极高。无论在肺炎支原体免疫场还是非免疫场，猪蓝耳病病毒与猪鼻支原体的混合感染率，都超过了猪蓝耳病病毒与猪肺炎支原体的混合感染率。[结论]PRRSV与MHP和MHR之间有着密切的关系，除猪肺炎支原体外，猪鼻支原体目前已成为危害养猪业的又一重要因素。
[목적]위분석저폐염지원체（MHP）、저비지원체（MHR）여저람이병병독（PRRSV）재림상감염중적상호관계。[방법]대종산동성규모화저장수집적213빈의사병료진행PRRSV、MHP화MHR적검측，결합저장적면역배경대결과진행분석。[결과]발현재저폐염지원체면역저장，저폐염지원체감염비례현저강저，이재저폐염지원체비면역저장，저비지원체여저폐염지원체、저람이병병독적혼합감염솔겁고。무론재폐염지원체면역장환시비면역장，저람이병병독여저비지원체적혼합감염솔，도초과료저람이병병독여저폐염지원체적혼합감염솔。[결론]PRRSV여MHP화MHR지간유착밀절적관계，제저폐염지원체외，저비지원체목전이성위위해양저업적우일중요인소。
Objective] In order to analysis the relationship of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae(MHP)、Mycoplasma-hyorhins(MHR)and Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV)in clinical infection. [Method] A total of 213 suspected samples were collected from large-scale swine farms in Shandong province and MHP,MHR and PRRSV were detected by PCR. The detection reports were analyzed on the basis of immunization background of swine herds. [Result] The results showed that positive rate of MHP infection reduced largely in the vaccinated swine herds. The mixed infection rate of MHP,MHR and PRRSV was very high in the non-vaccinated swine herds. The mixed infection rate of MHR and PRRSV was higher than that of MHP and PRRSV whether in the vaccinated or non-vaccinated swine herds. [Conclusion] Those results indicated that MHR had become another important factor threaten-ing pig industry.
