以大白菜抗霜霉病菌品种为材料,采用实时定量PCR技术检测接种霜霉病菌( Peronospora para-sitica)后几丁质酶和β-1,3-葡聚糖酶基因的表达。结果表明,霜霉病菌接种处理显著诱导了几丁质酶基因在大白菜抗病品种中的表达,但β-1,3-葡聚糖基因的表达却呈现双峰曲线特点,表明这两种基因可能在大白菜对霜霉病抗性中起到了重要作用。
以大白菜抗霜黴病菌品種為材料,採用實時定量PCR技術檢測接種霜黴病菌( Peronospora para-sitica)後幾丁質酶和β-1,3-葡聚糖酶基因的錶達。結果錶明,霜黴病菌接種處理顯著誘導瞭幾丁質酶基因在大白菜抗病品種中的錶達,但β-1,3-葡聚糖基因的錶達卻呈現雙峰麯線特點,錶明這兩種基因可能在大白菜對霜黴病抗性中起到瞭重要作用。
이대백채항상매병균품충위재료,채용실시정량PCR기술검측접충상매병균( Peronospora para-sitica)후궤정질매화β-1,3-포취당매기인적표체。결과표명,상매병균접충처리현저유도료궤정질매기인재대백채항병품충중적표체,단β-1,3-포취당기인적표체각정현쌍봉곡선특점,표명저량충기인가능재대백채대상매병항성중기도료중요작용。
The gene expression of chitinase and β-1,3-glucanase in Chinese cabbage variety resistant to Peronospora parasitica were examined using real -time quantitative PCR ( RT-PCR) .The results showed that chitinase gene expression was significantly induced by inoculation treatment , while β-1,3-glucanase gene expression showed a double -peak curve .It indicated that the two genes might play important roles in the resistance of Chinese cabbage to Peronospora parasitica.
