以山东主栽石榴品种‘峄城大青皮甜’和‘峄城三白甜’枝条为试材,对电导法评价石榴抗寒性进行了试验研究。结果表明,枝条切片的厚度、振荡时间对电导率的测定结果影响较大;取样量对初电导和终电导影响大,但对相对电导率影响较小。确定了电导法测定电导率以评价石榴抗寒性最佳条件为:枝条切片厚度0.5 cm,振荡90 min,煮沸15~20 min。
以山東主栽石榴品種‘嶧城大青皮甜’和‘嶧城三白甜’枝條為試材,對電導法評價石榴抗寒性進行瞭試驗研究。結果錶明,枝條切片的厚度、振盪時間對電導率的測定結果影響較大;取樣量對初電導和終電導影響大,但對相對電導率影響較小。確定瞭電導法測定電導率以評價石榴抗寒性最佳條件為:枝條切片厚度0.5 cm,振盪90 min,煮沸15~20 min。
이산동주재석류품충‘역성대청피첨’화‘역성삼백첨’지조위시재,대전도법평개석류항한성진행료시험연구。결과표명,지조절편적후도、진탕시간대전도솔적측정결과영향교대;취양량대초전도화종전도영향대,단대상대전도솔영향교소。학정료전도법측정전도솔이평개석류항한성최가조건위:지조절편후도0.5 cm,진탕90 min,자비15~20 min。
Choosing the main pomegranate varieties ‘Yichengdaqingpitian ’ and ‘Yichengsanbaitian ’ in Shandong Province as experiment materials , the cold resistance of pomegranate was determined by conductivity method .The results showed that the slice thickness of branches and vibrating time significantly affected the elec -trical conductivity .The sampling volume had bigger effects on initial conductance and eventual conductance but less influences on relative electrical conductivity .Finally, the optimal determination conditions were confirmed , which were the slice thickness of branches as 0.5 cm, vibrating time as 90 min and boiling 15 to 20 min.
