目的：探讨姜黄素对人肝癌细胞株HepG2的抑制作用。方法将不同浓度的姜黄素作用于人肝癌细胞株HepG2，药物作用48 h后，利用四唑盐比色法（MTT）测定吸光度值，计算细胞增殖抑制率。结果不同浓度姜黄素（10、20、30、40、50μg/ml）的抑制率分别为0.437、0.530、0.662、0.781、0.846。与空白对照组比较，姜黄素对人肝癌细胞HepG2有明显的抑制作用。结论姜黄素可以明显抑制HepG2的生长。
목적：탐토강황소대인간암세포주HepG2적억제작용。방법장불동농도적강황소작용우인간암세포주HepG2，약물작용48 h후，이용사서염비색법（MTT）측정흡광도치，계산세포증식억제솔。결과불동농도강황소（10、20、30、40、50μg/ml）적억제솔분별위0.437、0.530、0.662、0.781、0.846。여공백대조조비교，강황소대인간암세포HepG2유명현적억제작용。결론강황소가이명현억제HepG2적생장。
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of curcumin on human hepatocelular carcinoma cel line HepG2.Methods The effects of different concentrations of curcumin in human hepatocelular carcinoma cel line HepG2,the role of drugs after 48 h,using four tetrazolium colorimetric assay(MTT)determination of absorbance, calculate the inhibition rate of cel proliferation.Results Different concentrations of curcumin(10,20,30,40,50 μg/ml) inhibition rates were 0.437,0.530,0.662,0.781,0.846.Compared with the blank control group,curcumin has obvious inhibitory effect on hepatoma cel line HepG2.Conclusion Curcumin can inhibit the growth of HepG2.
