目的:探讨新生儿高血糖炎性因子水平变化及其临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测21例新生儿高血糖血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平,并与10例血糖正常组患儿进行比较。结果正常组新生儿血糖、IL-6和TNF-α分别为(4.6±1.1)mmol/L、(1.4±1.0)ng/L、(21±11)ng/L,血糖轻度升高组为(8.2±1.4) mmol/L、(1.6±1.1)ng/L、(34±13)ng/L,血糖中度升高组为(12.1±0.8)mmol/L、(2.6±1.3)ng/L、(39±16)ng/L。血糖轻度升高组患儿IL-6水平高于血糖正常组;血糖轻度升高组和血糖中度升高组患儿TNF-α水平均高于血糖正常组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论血清IL-6、TNF-α水平与新生儿高血糖密切相关,新生儿高血糖患者有明确的炎症表现。

목적:탐토신생인고혈당염성인자수평변화급기림상의의。방법채용매련면역흡부시험검측21례신생인고혈당혈청백세포개소-6(IL-6)、종류배사인자(TNF-α)수평,병여10례혈당정상조환인진행비교。결과정상조신생인혈당、IL-6화TNF-α분별위(4.6±1.1)mmol/L、(1.4±1.0)ng/L、(21±11)ng/L,혈당경도승고조위(8.2±1.4) mmol/L、(1.6±1.1)ng/L、(34±13)ng/L,혈당중도승고조위(12.1±0.8)mmol/L、(2.6±1.3)ng/L、(39±16)ng/L。혈당경도승고조환인IL-6수평고우혈당정상조;혈당경도승고조화혈당중도승고조환인TNF-α수평균고우혈당정상조,차이균유통계학의의(균P<0.05)。결론혈청IL-6、TNF-α수평여신생인고혈당밀절상관,신생인고혈당환자유명학적염증표현。
Objective To investigate the changes of levels of hyperglycemia in patients with inflammatory factor and its clinical significance in neonates.Methods Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in 21 cases of neonatal hyperglycemia in patients with serum interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)level,and 10 cases of normal blood glucose group comparison.Results The normal group,blood glucose,IL-6 and TNF-alpha were (4.6±1.1)mmol/L,(1.4±1.0)ng/L,(21±11)ng/L,moderately elevated blood sugar group(8.2±1.4)mmol/L,(1.6±1.1)ng/L, (33±13)ng/L,blood sugar moderate increase group(12.1±0.8)mmol/L,(2.6±1.3)ng/L,(39±16)ng/L.Moderately elevated blood sugar group IL-6 was higher than the normal blood glucose group;moderately elevated blood sugar and blood glucose in children with moderately elevated levels of TNF-αlpha group were higher than the normal blood glucose group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of IL-6,TNF-alpha levels and neonatal hyperglycemia is closely related to neonatal hyperglycemia in patients with inflammatory manifestations of clear.
