目的：探讨经阴道子宫全切术与传统子宫切除手术的优缺点。方法选取2011年2月至2012年6月我院妇科接受子宫全切术患者80例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各40例。观察组患者给予经阴道子宫全切术，对照组患者给予传统手术。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果两组患者均手术成功，观察组40例子宫全切除患者无1例中转经腹手术，且术中出血量明显少于对照组；观察组患者的手术时间与术后镇痛时间均明显少于对照组；观察组患者的总体手术效果优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者术后并发症发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论经阴道子宫全切术疗效明显优于传统手术方法，且并发症少，安全可靠。
목적：탐토경음도자궁전절술여전통자궁절제수술적우결점。방법선취2011년2월지2012년6월아원부과접수자궁전절술환자80례，수궤분위관찰조여대조조，각40례。관찰조환자급여경음도자궁전절술，대조조환자급여전통수술。비교량조환자치료효과。결과량조환자균수술성공，관찰조40례자궁전절제환자무1례중전경복수술，차술중출혈량명현소우대조조；관찰조환자적수술시간여술후진통시간균명현소우대조조；관찰조환자적총체수술효과우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。량조환자술후병발증발생솔비교，차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론경음도자궁전절술료효명현우우전통수술방법，차병발증소，안전가고。
Objective To investigate the advantages and disadvantages after total resection of vagina and uterus with traditional hysterectomy operation.Methods From 2011 February to 2012 June in our hospital 80 patients undergoing hysterectomy,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each of 40 cases.The test group were treated with vaginal hysterectomy,patients in control group were treated with traditional operation. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results Two groups of patients were successful operation,the observation group of 40 cases of hysterectomy patients without abdominal operation in 1 cases of transfer,the amount of bleeding and in operation were significantly less than that of the control group;to observe the operation time and postoperative analgesia after patients were obviously less than that in the control group;to observe the overall operation effect is better than that of treatment group,the differences were statistically significance(P<0.05).The two group of patients the incidence rate of complications of comparison,no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal hysterectomy curative effect is obviously superior to the traditional operation method,with few complications,safe and reliable.
