目的：探讨胺碘酮治疗冠心病快速心律失常的临床疗效。方法选取2013年1月至12月我院急诊科收治的冠心病快速心律失常患者45例，均给予胺碘酮，对其临床效果进行判定。结果45例患者中，40例患者得到有效治疗，其治疗有效率为88.9%；2例患者出现药物不良反应，不良反应发生率为4.4%。结论胺碘酮治疗冠心病快速心律失常具有较好的临床效果，且安全性高。

목적：탐토알전동치료관심병쾌속심률실상적림상료효。방법선취2013년1월지12월아원급진과수치적관심병쾌속심률실상환자45례，균급여알전동，대기림상효과진행판정。결과45례환자중，40례환자득도유효치료，기치료유효솔위88.9%；2례환자출현약물불량반응，불량반응발생솔위4.4%。결론알전동치료관심병쾌속심률실상구유교호적림상효과，차안전성고。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of amiodarone in the treatment of rapid arrhythmia in coronary heart disease.Methods 45 rapid arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease from 2013 January to December in our hospital emergency department treated patients,were treated with amiodarone,the clinical effects were determined.Results In 45 patients,40 patients receive effective treatment,the effective rate of the treatment was 88.9%;2 patients had adverse drug reactions,adverse reaction rate of 4.4%.Conclusion Amiodarone in the treatment of coronary heart disease arrhythmia has good clinical effect,and high safety.
