目的：探讨肾上腺皮质激素治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法选取患有支气管哮喘的患者48例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各24例。对照组患者采用传统治疗，观察组患者在传统治疗方法的基础上采用肾上腺皮质激素综合治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗结束后，观察组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论科学的应用肾上腺皮质激素，能有效改善呼吸内科患者的病症，提高呼吸内科疾病的治疗效果。
목적：탐토신상선피질격소치료지기관효천적림상효과。방법선취환유지기관효천적환자48례，수궤분위대조조화관찰조，각24례。대조조환자채용전통치료，관찰조환자재전통치료방법적기출상채용신상선피질격소종합치료。비교량조환자적치료효과。결과치료결속후，관찰조환자적치료효과명현우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론과학적응용신상선피질격소，능유효개선호흡내과환자적병증，제고호흡내과질병적치료효과。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of adrenal cortical hormone treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods We selected 48 cases of patients with bronchial asthma,were randomly divided into control group and observation group,24 cases in each.Patients in the control group with conventional therapy,the observation group were based on traditional treatment methods on the comprehensive treatment of adrenal cortical hormone. Comparison of the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Results After the end of treatment,patients in the observation group treatment effect significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of adrenal cortical hormone science,can effectively improve the respiratory department of internal medicine patients symptoms,improve the treatment effect of respiratory diseases in Department of internal medicine.
