目的：探讨尿毒清颗粒剂治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效。方法将慢性肾衰竭120例患者随机分为两组，对照组患者进行常规治疗，试验组患者在常规治疗基础上给予尿毒清颗粒剂。治疗3个月后对临床效果、血尿素氮（BUN）和血清肌酐（Scr）进行比较。结果试验组患者总有效率为85.0%，明显优于对照组的45.0%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；试验组患者治疗后Scr和BUN虽有上升，上升幅度明显小于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论尿毒清颗粒剂治疗慢性肾衰竭疗效确切，可减缓衰竭速度，临床应用十分简单，不良反应较少。
목적：탐토뇨독청과립제치료만성신쇠갈적림상료효。방법장만성신쇠갈120례환자수궤분위량조，대조조환자진행상규치료，시험조환자재상규치료기출상급여뇨독청과립제。치료3개월후대림상효과、혈뇨소담（BUN）화혈청기항（Scr）진행비교。결과시험조환자총유효솔위85.0%，명현우우대조조적45.0%，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；시험조환자치료후Scr화BUN수유상승，상승폭도명현소우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론뇨독청과립제치료만성신쇠갈료효학절，가감완쇠갈속도，림상응용십분간단，불량반응교소。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Niaoduqing granule in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods Chronic renal failure in 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups,control group routine drug treatment,the experimental group in the conventional treatment based on the given Niaoduqing granules.After 3 months of treatment on clinical effect,blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and serumcreatinine(Scr)were compared.Results In experiment group,the total effective rate was 85.0%,significantly better than the control group 45.0%,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05);the experimental group patients after the treatment of Scr and BUNhas increased, rising significantly less than that of the control group,the diference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Uremic Clearance granule in treating chronic renal failure curative effect,can reduce the failure rate,clinical application is very simple,less adverse reaction.
