目的：探讨硝苯地平治疗轻中度高血压患者的临床疗效及药理分析。方法选取我院2013年7月至2014年5月确诊的轻中度高血压患者70例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各35例。观察组患者服用硝苯地平控释片治疗，对照组患者服用硝苯地平片治疗，比较两组患者的临床效果。结果治疗前，两组患者的收缩压（SBP）与舒张压（DBP）值比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，观察组患者的SBP与DBP变化明显，血压下降明显优于对照组；且观察组患者总有效率为94.3%，明显优于对照组的82.9%，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论硝苯地平控释片治疗轻中度高血压降压效果明显，且安全性好，不良反应少。
목적：탐토초분지평치료경중도고혈압환자적림상료효급약리분석。방법선취아원2013년7월지2014년5월학진적경중도고혈압환자70례，수궤분위관찰조여대조조，각35례。관찰조환자복용초분지평공석편치료，대조조환자복용초분지평편치료，비교량조환자적림상효과。결과치료전，량조환자적수축압（SBP）여서장압（DBP）치비교，차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）；치료후，관찰조환자적SBP여DBP변화명현，혈압하강명현우우대조조；차관찰조환자총유효솔위94.3%，명현우우대조조적82.9%，차이균유통계학의의（균P＜0.05）。결론초분지평공석편치료경중도고혈압강압효과명현，차안전성호，불량반응소。
Objective To clinical effect and pharmacological analysis to investigate the effect of treatment in patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension.Methods 70 patients with mild to moderate hypertension in our hospital from 2013 July to 2014 selected in May confirmed cases,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 35 cases.Patients in the observation group taking nifedipine therapy,patients in control group received nifedipine treatment,compared two groups of patients with clinical effect.Results Before treatment, SBP and DBP of two groups of patients value comparison,no significant difference(P>0.05);after treatment, observation of SBP and DBP change was significantly,decreased blood pressure significantly better than the control group;and the patients in the observation group the total antihypertensive effective rate was 94.3%, significantly better than the control group 82.9%,the difference was significant statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Nifedipine controled release tablets for the treatment of mild to moderate hypertension antihypertensive effect is obvious,and the security is good,less adverse reaction.
