目的：探讨补肾生精法治疗男性不育少精症的临床疗效。方法选取2013年3月至2014年3月我院收治的男性不育少精症患者363例，随机分为治疗组185例和对照组178例。对照组患者给予口服枸橼酸氯米芬进行治疗，治疗组患者给予口服补肾生精法中药复方进行治疗，比较两组患者的临床效果。结果治疗组患者总有效率为92.1%，明显高于对照组的79.5%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论补肾生精法治疗男性不育少精症临床效果较好，能明显提高男性的精子浓度，提升女性的妊娠率。
목적：탐토보신생정법치료남성불육소정증적림상료효。방법선취2013년3월지2014년3월아원수치적남성불육소정증환자363례，수궤분위치료조185례화대조조178례。대조조환자급여구복구연산록미분진행치료，치료조환자급여구복보신생정법중약복방진행치료，비교량조환자적림상효과。결과치료조환자총유효솔위92.1%，명현고우대조조적79.5%，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론보신생정법치료남성불육소정증림상효과교호，능명현제고남성적정자농도，제승녀성적임신솔。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bushen Shengjing method in the treatment of male infertility oligospermia.Methods 363 male patients with infertility oligospermia from 2013 March to 2014 March in our hospital of patients,randomly divided into treatment group 185 cases and control group with 178 cases.The control group were treated with oral clomiphene citrate tablets for treatment,the patients in the treatment group were given oral therapy of tonifying kidney and replenishing essence of compound Chinese medicine for treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical effect.Results The patients in the treatment group and the effective rate was 92.1%,significantly higher than 79.5% in the control group,the diference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical effect of Bushenshengjing method in the treatment of male sterility is better,can obviously increase the male sperm concentration,improve women's pregnancy rate.
