目的：探讨CT导向下125Ⅰ粒子组织间植入治疗难治性直肠癌盆腔复发的临床疗效。方法选取2010年1月至2012年3月我院收治的14例直肠癌盆腔复发患者，回顾性分析CT导向下125Ⅰ粒子组织间植入治疗的临床疗效。结果患者术后2个月肿瘤缓解率为92.9%，术后6个月肿瘤缓解率为85.7%；治疗后生存率为100.0%，且术后6个月内均得到随访。结论在临床治疗难治性直肠癌盆腔复发疾病，采用CT导向下125Ⅰ粒子组织间植入方法效果较好，且延长患者有效的生命周期。
목적：탐토CT도향하125Ⅰ입자조직간식입치료난치성직장암분강복발적림상료효。방법선취2010년1월지2012년3월아원수치적14례직장암분강복발환자，회고성분석CT도향하125Ⅰ입자조직간식입치료적림상료효。결과환자술후2개월종류완해솔위92.9%，술후6개월종류완해솔위85.7%；치료후생존솔위100.0%，차술후6개월내균득도수방。결론재림상치료난치성직장암분강복발질병，채용CT도향하125Ⅰ입자조직간식입방법효과교호，차연장환자유효적생명주기。
Objective To investigate the clinical efect of treatment of125 I guided CT seed interstitial implantation for refractory pelvic recurrence of rectal cancer.Methods In 14 cases of rectal cancer patients with pelvic recurrence from 2010 January to 2012 March in our hospital,retrospective analysis of the clinical eficacy of implantation in the treatment of CT guided125I seeds interstitial.Results Patients 2 months after surgery the tumor response rate was 92.9%,6 months after operation,tumor remission rate was 85.7%;after treatment,survival rate of 100.0% and were folowed up 6 months after operation.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of refractory colorectal pelvic recurrence of disease using CT oriented,good efect method of implantation under125 I interstitial,and prolong the patients efective life cycle.
