目的：探讨微创经皮锁钉钢板治疗四肢骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2012年1月至12月我院收治的四肢骨折患者44例，随机将其分为两组，对照组患者给予常规钢板固定方法进行治疗，观察组患者给予微创经皮锁钉钢板技术进行治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的平均手术时间、出院时间均优于对照组，且观察组患者的恢复优秀率为90.9%，明显高于对照组的68.2%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。随访过程中，44例患者的伤口均已愈合，愈合时间为4.5～12.4周，平均（11±2）周。结论四肢骨折患者采用微创经皮锁钉钢板治疗效果明显，其遵循一定的生物力学固定原则，对软组织的修复及骨折后的愈合等起一定作用，对于老年骨折患者或有骨质疏松、血运不好的部位发生骨折等治疗效果更加明显。
목적：탐토미창경피쇄정강판치료사지골절적림상료효。방법선취2012년1월지12월아원수치적사지골절환자44례，수궤장기분위량조，대조조환자급여상규강판고정방법진행치료，관찰조환자급여미창경피쇄정강판기술진행치료，관찰량조환자적치료효과。결과관찰조환자적평균수술시간、출원시간균우우대조조，차관찰조환자적회복우수솔위90.9%，명현고우대조조적68.2%，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。수방과정중，44례환자적상구균이유합，유합시간위4.5～12.4주，평균（11±2）주。결론사지골절환자채용미창경피쇄정강판치료효과명현，기준순일정적생물역학고정원칙，대연조직적수복급골절후적유합등기일정작용，대우노년골절환자혹유골질소송、혈운불호적부위발생골절등치료효과경가명현。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minimaly invasive percutaneous locking nail plate in the treatment of limb fractures.Methods In 44 patients from 2012 January to December in our hospital of limb fractures,were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group were treated with conventional plate fixation for treatment,observation group were treated with minimaly invasive percutaneous locking plate technology treatment,two groups were observed in patients with therapeutic effect.Results Patients in the observation group the average operation time,average discharge time was better than the control group and the observation group,the excelent rate of recovery of patients was 90.9%,significantly higher than 68.2% in the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).The return process,the wound of 43 patients were healed,the healing time ranged from 4.5 to 12.4 Weeks,the average(11±2) weeks.Conclusion Limbs fracture were treated with minimaly invasive percutaneous locking plate in the treatment of the obvious effect of nail,folow certain principles of fixation,repair and fracture in soft tissue healing after play a role,for elderly patients with fracture or osteoporosis,poor blood supply,site of fracture treatment effect is more obvious.
