目的：探讨逆行胰胆管造影（ERCP）和内镜十二指肠乳头括约肌切开术（EST）治疗在胆管结石中的应用价值。方法选取2012年1月至2014年1月我院收治的胆管结石患者80例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各40例。对照组患者给予开腹手术治疗，观察组患者给予ERCP联合 EST取石治疗，观察两组患者的治疗有效率及并发症情况。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率和并发症发生率分别为95.0%、7.5%，对照组患者的治疗有效率和并发症发生率分别为77.5%、27.5%，观察组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论胆管结石患者入院后行ERCP联合EST取石治疗，临床疗效好，且安全性高。
목적：탐토역행이담관조영（ERCP）화내경십이지장유두괄약기절개술（EST）치료재담관결석중적응용개치。방법선취2012년1월지2014년1월아원수치적담관결석환자80례，수궤분위대조조화관찰조，각40례。대조조환자급여개복수술치료，관찰조환자급여ERCP연합 EST취석치료，관찰량조환자적치료유효솔급병발증정황。결과관찰조환자적치료유효솔화병발증발생솔분별위95.0%、7.5%，대조조환자적치료유효솔화병발증발생솔분별위77.5%、27.5%，관찰조명현우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론담관결석환자입원후행ERCP연합EST취석치료，림상료효호，차안전성고。
Objective To explore the endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)and endoscopic duodenal papilary sphincter incision(EST)application value of stone treatment in Calculus of bile duct.Methods 80 cases of this group were colected from our hospital in 2012 January to 2014 January were in patients with bile duct stones,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group received ERCP combined with EST stone treatment,the control group underwent open operation treatment,to observe the therapeutic effective rate of two groups of patients and the complication situation.Results The effective rate of treatment and complications of observation group patients were 95.0%,7.5%,the effective rate of treatment group and control the complications incidence rates were 77.5%,27.5%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bile duct calculus patient with ERCP combined with EST stone treatment,has the characteristics of high safety,good clinical curative effect.
