目的:探讨三种超声技术在慢性心力衰竭(CHF)心脏同步检测中的应用价值。方法将我院接诊的 CHF 患者120例作为研究对象(研究组),其中有56例CHF并窄QRS波(A组)、64例CHF并宽QRS波(B组),同期接待的正常体检者100例作为对照组,两组患者皆予以心脏同步检测,所用技术为超声新技术,比较分析两组患者的检查结果。结果与对照组比较,研究组患者超声心动图非同步指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但研究组中,A组患者与B 组各指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声新技术在 CHF 心脏同步检测中有很高的临床价值,即便是左室不同步者也可很好检出。

목적:탐토삼충초성기술재만성심력쇠갈(CHF)심장동보검측중적응용개치。방법장아원접진적 CHF 환자120례작위연구대상(연구조),기중유56례CHF병착QRS파(A조)、64례CHF병관QRS파(B조),동기접대적정상체검자100례작위대조조,량조환자개여이심장동보검측,소용기술위초성신기술,비교분석량조환자적검사결과。결과여대조조비교,연구조환자초성심동도비동보지표차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);단연구조중,A조환자여B 조각지표비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론초성신기술재 CHF 심장동보검측중유흔고적림상개치,즉편시좌실불동보자야가흔호검출。
Objective To study the three kinds of ultrasonic technology in chronic heart failure (CHF) and application value of heart in the synchronous detection.Methods Our hospital admissions for 120 CHF patients as the object of study(Study Group),including 56 cases of CHF and narrow QRS wave(A group),64patients with CHF and wide QRS wave(group B),simultaneous reception of the normal physical examination in 100 cases as control group,two groups are to be the heart of synchronous detection the technology used for the new technique, ultrasonic, analysis of two groups of examination results contrast.Results Compared with the control group, the patients in study group received echocardiography dyssynchrony index was statisticaly significant(P<0.05);but the study group, no statistical significance in patients of group A and group B comparison of various index(P>0.05).Conclusion The new ultrasonic technology has high clinical value in patients with chronic heart failure cardiac synchronous detection, even left ventricular asynchrony can also very good detection.
