为了解决能源短缺问题,着眼于开发丰富的波浪能,设计了一种以自升式平台为载体的新型波浪能发电装置。此新型自升式波浪能发电装置与其他波浪能发电装置相比,具有抗风、抗浪、连续、高效、稳定、适应性强等优点。采用理论分析与实物试验相结合的方法,研究该装置实施波浪发电的可行性。试验结果表明:自升式波浪能发电装置在实际海况下能够正常进行发电作业,验证了该波浪能发电装置的可行性,波浪发电效率超过项目技术指标的15%,达到了预期的效果。总的来说,自升式波浪能发电装置已经在多方面实现了突破,总体技术达到了国内领先水平。

In order to solve the problem of energy shortage, and focus on the development of wave energy, and a new type wave energy power generation device using a jack-up platform as the carrier is designed. Compared with other normal generation device, this new type of jack-up wave energy power generation device owns the advantage of wind and wave resistance, continuous, high effciency, stability and strong adaptability. By means of combination of theoretical analysis and physical test, the feasibility of the device implementation of wave power is explored. The results showed that the wave energy power generation device of jack-up can normally work in the sea state, which veriifed the feasibility of the device.Wave power effciency by more than 15% of the project technical indicators and achieved the desired effect. In general, the wave energy power generation device of jack-up has achieved breakthrough in many aspects, the overall technology has reached the leading domestic level.
