目的：了解外用轻粉引起中毒的症状、中毒诱因（如剂量、疗程和用药方法）以及救治方法，为安全合理用药提供参考。方法：以轻粉、汞或玉红膏、不良反应、中毒为检索词，通过CNKI检索，对收集到的文献进行分析。结果与结论：外用含汞制剂中毒多因用药不当所致，用高浓度轻粉外涂或吸入轻粉点燃后的烟雾易引起中毒，应避免采用吸入或高浓度轻粉直接外涂；玉红膏虽然含有轻粉，但因含量较低，尚未收集到有关其引起中毒的报告，合理使用可以发挥疗效，避免副作用。
目的：瞭解外用輕粉引起中毒的癥狀、中毒誘因（如劑量、療程和用藥方法）以及救治方法，為安全閤理用藥提供參攷。方法：以輕粉、汞或玉紅膏、不良反應、中毒為檢索詞，通過CNKI檢索，對收集到的文獻進行分析。結果與結論：外用含汞製劑中毒多因用藥不噹所緻，用高濃度輕粉外塗或吸入輕粉點燃後的煙霧易引起中毒，應避免採用吸入或高濃度輕粉直接外塗；玉紅膏雖然含有輕粉，但因含量較低，尚未收集到有關其引起中毒的報告，閤理使用可以髮揮療效，避免副作用。
목적：료해외용경분인기중독적증상、중독유인（여제량、료정화용약방법）이급구치방법，위안전합리용약제공삼고。방법：이경분、홍혹옥홍고、불량반응、중독위검색사，통과CNKI검색，대수집도적문헌진행분석。결과여결론：외용함홍제제중독다인용약불당소치，용고농도경분외도혹흡입경분점연후적연무역인기중독，응피면채용흡입혹고농도경분직접외도；옥홍고수연함유경분，단인함량교저，상미수집도유관기인기중독적보고，합리사용가이발휘료효，피면부작용。
Objective:To understand the poisoning symptoms, poisoning cause (such as doses, course of treatment and medication methods) caused by external use of calomelas and relative treatment method in order to provide reference for rational drug use.Methods: The calomelas, mercury or Yuhong cream, adverse drug reactions (ADR), poisoning were chosen as searching terms, after searching in CNKI database, an analysis of the collected literature was conducted.Results and conclusion: Poisoning caused by external use of drugs was mainly due to improper drug use, applying a high concentration of calomelas or inhaling calomelas smoke can cause poisoning, which should be avoided; although Yuhong cream contains calomelas, due to low content, there has been no poisoning report. Rational use can play its effect and avoid the side effects.
