目的:评价奥曲肽在治疗恶性肠梗阻中的疗效。方法:运用计算机检索PubMed,EBSCO,Web of science, VIP,CNKI数据库,收集奥曲肽在治疗恶性肠梗阻相关临床试验,试验都是以随机或半随机对照开展的,并对入选的研究进行Jadad评分和质量评价,运用RevMan5.0对数据进行统计学分析,并对统计结果进行综合评价。结果:共纳入8个研究,共计421例病人。meta分析结果显示:联用奥曲肽的常规治疗的治疗效果均优于常规治疗(各种症状的缓解情况),且差异都有统计学意义。结论:联用奥曲肽在治疗恶性肠梗阻中确实有效,但是纳入的样本较少且质量不是太高,因此我们需要更多更全面的试验样本来提高分析的准确性。

Objective:To evaluate the efifcacy of octreotide for magligant bowel obstruction.Methods:Databases including Pubmed, EBSCO,Web of science,VIP, and CNKI were searched to find the randomized controlled trials or quasi-randomed controlled trials, which contained the conventional therapy with octreotide versus conventional therapy for maligant bowel obstruction. We made a quality evaluation by Jadad scoring method, and used RevMan 5.0 statistic software to analyze the data in the articles, and then evaluated the results comprehensively. Results: 8 studies (421 patients) were enrolled. The results of meta-analys is showed that there was a significant difference between the ocrteotide with conventional and conventional (efficient of treatment, relief of correlate symptoms). Conclusion: Based on these interrelated results, we can understanding that octretoide had good effective for maligant bowel obstruction, however the samples were not enough and lack of high quality, so we need to elevate the accuracy by getting more studies to the statistical analysis.
