面对“微时代”的挑战,与时俱进,准确把握“微时代”脉动,切实提升教育实效是当前社区教育工作者面临的现实课题。本文聚焦“微元素”应用从“未知到已知,已知到应会,应会到精通,精通到疯狂”的实效演变过程;思考哪些“微元素”媒介可以供居民学习所用;探索“微元素”如何在社区教育过程中满足个人使用者的认知需要、社交需要、情感需要、整合需要和自我展示需要。

Faced with the challenges raised by the“micro‐era” ,the community education work‐ers need to promote its education effectiveness .This paper focused on the micro‐elements applica‐tion and put forward the evolution of“from unknown to known ,from known to capable;from ca‐pable to skillful;and then to mastery” .In this process ,it analyzed what micro‐elements could be used by the residents and how these elements satisfy the needs of the users ,such as the self‐recogni‐tion ,socialization ,emotional connection ,community and self‐presenting .
