高校成人教师工作在成人教育的第一线,由于其角色的多重性和工作性质的特殊性,常常陷入二元对立的价值取向、角色冲突的价值定位及评价失范的价值考量等造成的伦理困境当中。因此,探讨高校成人教师的伦理困境,帮助其获得个体价值和社会价值的统一,具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。
高校成人教師工作在成人教育的第一線,由于其角色的多重性和工作性質的特殊性,常常陷入二元對立的價值取嚮、角色遲突的價值定位及評價失範的價值攷量等造成的倫理睏境噹中。因此,探討高校成人教師的倫理睏境,幫助其穫得箇體價值和社會價值的統一,具有重要的理論價值和實踐意義。

Adult education teachers in colleges and universities are working in the front line of adult education .Due to the multiplicity of the role and the particularity of the nature of their work , they often find it easy to trap in the ethical dilemma caused by value orientation of the binary oppo‐sition ,conflict of role definition ,and evaluation anomie .Therefore ,it's of great theoretical and realistic significance to explore the ethical dilemma of adult university teachers and to help them a‐chieve the unity of individual and social value .
