随着普通高校远程教育的兴起，电大远程教育招生面临着严峻的挑战，招生过程中出现了越来越多的困难。本文根据基层电大招生的相关数据，从总体人数走势、合作办学招生、自主招生几方面分析了生源走势情况，从学历层次需求、学生结构、生源分布对生源构成情况进行了分析，从专业类别招生、专业需求等方面分析了专业招生情况，同时指出了招生管理中所存在的主要问题。分析情况、指出问题和总结经验有助于推动电大系统远程开放教育招生工作的顺利开展。

With the rising of distance education in colleges and universities ,distance education of Radio and Television University enrollment is faced with severe challenges and there are more and more problems in the process of enrollment .Based on the local Radio and Television University enrollment data ,this paper analyzes the future development of student pool from total student num‐ber ,joint school enrollment and independent recruitment .It analyzes the formation of student pool from the needs of academic degree level ,formation of the students ,distribution of student pool ,as well as the enrollment situation from professional classification and needs .At the meantime ,this paper has also pointed out some major problems in the enrollment .It is helpful to analyze the situa‐tion ,figure out the problems and sum up experience for the smooth development of distance educa‐tion enrollment of Radio and TV Universities .
