在定西市黄土高原半干旱丘陵沟壑区,采用尼龙网袋埋袋法,在免耕条件下将玉米秸秆、猪粪、堆肥3种有机物料以高、中、低量还田,研究对土壤有机碳及微生物量碳含量的影响。结果表明,3种有机物料均可提高土壤有机碳含量、微生物量碳,其中在加入有机物料高量条件下,有机碳含量由高到低变化依次为秸秆、堆肥、猪粪;中、低量水平下由高到低依次为堆肥、秸秆、猪粪。土壤微生物量碳含量在加入有机物料高、中量水平下增加趋势表现为堆肥、秸秆、猪粪,低量水平表现为堆肥、猪粪、秸秆。

재정서시황토고원반간한구릉구학구,채용니룡망대매대법,재면경조건하장옥미갈간、저분、퇴비3충유궤물료이고、중、저량환전,연구대토양유궤탄급미생물량탄함량적영향。결과표명,3충유궤물료균가제고토양유궤탄함량、미생물량탄,기중재가입유궤물료고량조건하,유궤탄함량유고도저변화의차위갈간、퇴비、저분;중、저량수평하유고도저의차위퇴비、갈간、저분。토양미생물량탄함량재가입유궤물료고、중량수평하증가추세표현위퇴비、갈간、저분,저량수평표현위퇴비、저분、갈간。
The field experiment took nylon bag technique and provided with corn stalks,manure,compost and other organic materials in different quantities to research soil organic carbon and microbial biomass carbon content in Dingxi city . The result shows that the three kinds of organic material can improve the content of soil organic carbon, microbial biomass carbon with no tillage, under the condition of high organic carbon content changes from high to low in turn for straw, manure, pig manure; Under middle and low levels from high to low in turn to compost, straw, pig manure . Soil microbial biomass carbon content in organic material, high volume levels increase trend in the form of compost, straw, manure, low levels of manure, pig manure and straw .
