以当归种子为材料,研究激素组合、培养基对当归愈伤组织的诱导及植株再生的影响。结果表明:适宜当归愈伤组织的诱导培养基为H+0.5 mg/L 2,4-D,出愈率达到97.92%。继代增殖最佳培养基为H+0.5 mg/L 2,4-D+1.0 mg/L IAA。诱导丛生芽的最佳培养基为1/2MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+1.0 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L ZT,最高诱导率为90.3%。适合无根苗生根的培养基为1/2MS+0.5 mg/L IAA,生根率达35.5%。

이당귀충자위재료,연구격소조합、배양기대당귀유상조직적유도급식주재생적영향。결과표명:괄의당귀유상조직적유도배양기위H+0.5 mg/L 2,4-D,출유솔체도97.92%。계대증식최가배양기위H+0.5 mg/L 2,4-D+1.0 mg/L IAA。유도총생아적최가배양기위1/2MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+1.0 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L ZT,최고유도솔위90.3%。괄합무근묘생근적배양기위1/2MS+0.5 mg/L IAA,생근솔체35.5%。
The seeds of Angelica sinensis are used to study the influence of different hormone combinations and media on callus induction and plant regeneration. The result shows that the optimal madium for callus induction is H+0.5 mg/L 2,4-D, and on it, the callus forming rate could reach to 97.92%;the optimal medium for induction of adventitious buds is 1/2 MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+1.0 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L ZT, and the highest induction rate is 90.3%;1/2 MS+0.5 mg/L IAA is the best for rooting, and the rooting rate could reach to 35.5%.
