目的:探讨诱捕受体3(DcR3)蛋白在胆囊癌组织中的表达。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测DcR3蛋白在胆囊癌组织、胆囊管状腺瘤组织、胆囊腺肌瘤病组织及慢性胆囊炎组织中的表达,藉此评价其与多种临床特征之间的关系。结果:胆囊癌组织中DcR3阳性表达率为68.4%(26/38),胆囊管状腺瘤、胆囊腺肌瘤病及慢性胆囊炎组织的DcR3阳性表达率分别为10%(2/20)、18.6%(3/16)及5.6%(2/26)。DcR3的表达水平均与胆囊癌的淋巴转移及TNM分期有关(均P<0.01)。结论:DcR3在胆囊癌组织中具有较高的表达率,特别在有淋巴结转移及临床病理分期的癌组织中表达增高,DcR3的过度表达在胆囊癌的发生、发展过程中起着重要作用。

목적:탐토유포수체3(DcR3)단백재담낭암조직중적표체。방법:채용면역조직화학SP법검측DcR3단백재담낭암조직、담낭관상선류조직、담낭선기류병조직급만성담낭염조직중적표체,자차평개기여다충림상특정지간적관계。결과:담낭암조직중DcR3양성표체솔위68.4%(26/38),담낭관상선류、담낭선기류병급만성담낭염조직적DcR3양성표체솔분별위10%(2/20)、18.6%(3/16)급5.6%(2/26)。DcR3적표체수평균여담낭암적림파전이급TNM분기유관(균P<0.01)。결론:DcR3재담낭암조직중구유교고적표체솔,특별재유림파결전이급림상병리분기적암조직중표체증고,DcR3적과도표체재담낭암적발생、발전과정중기착중요작용。
Objective To explore the expression of DcR3 protein in gallbladder carcinoma tissue. Methods DcR3 protein was detected by immunohistochemical SP method in the gallbladder, gallbladder tubu?lar adenoma tissue, adenomyoma gallbladder diseases and chronic cholecystitis tissue of expression, trying to find out the variety of the relationship between clinical features. Results The positive rate of DcR3 expres?sion in gallbladder cancer tissues was 68.4% (26/38),the positive expression of DcR3 in tubular adenoma of the gallbladder, gallbladder adenomyomatosis and chronic cholecystitis tissues were 10% (2/20), 18.6% (3/16) and 5.6% (2/26) correspondingly. The expression of DcR3 was well associated with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage( all P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of DcR3 in gallbladder carcinoma shows a high rate, espe?cially in the increased expression of metastasis and clinical pathological stage of carcinoma of lymph node. The excessive expression of DcR3 in the occurrence and development of gallbladder plays an important role in the process.
