采用压差法对大连地区新建居住建筑的气密性进行了实测,并采用红外热像仪进行了空气渗漏点检测;对国内外建筑气密性评价指标进行了整理,将测试结果与德国建筑节能标准中的气密性限值及国外近期气密性测试结果进行了对比分析。参考德国节能标准中关于建筑气密性与通风方式的相关规定,讨论了被测居住建筑采用机械通风系统、热回收系统的必要性。

Measures the air tightness of several new residential buildings in Dalian using differential pressure method and detects air leakage points using infrared thermal imager.Tabulates some evaluation indexes of building air tightness at home and abroad.Compares the testing results with the evaluation indexes of Germany building energy efficiency standard and some air tightness testing results from several European countries.According to relative regulations on building air tightness and ventilation modes of Germany building energy efficiency standard,discusses the necessity of adopting mechanical ventilation system and heat recovery system in the tested residential buildings.
