合成了6个新的烯唑醇配合物,通过元素分析、IR光谱和X-射线单晶衍射表征了配合物的结构。结构分析表明:1属三斜晶系,空间群P-1,晶胞参数:a=0.8976(2) nm,b=1.3551(3) nm,c=1.5381(4) nm,α=92.128(3)°,β=99.029(3)°,γ=106.509(7)°,V=1.7649(7) nm3,Z=1。在配合物1中,六配位的镉离子都采取扭曲的八面体配位构型,与分别来自烯唑醇配体的4个氮原子和2个氯原子配位。1由分子间氢键连接成一维链结构。配合物的抑菌活性均高于配体烯唑醇,而且抑菌活性随其浓度的增加有不同程度的增强。

Six diniconazole complexes were synthesized by solvothermal condition and structurally charac?terized by element analysis,IR and single crystal X?ray diffraction.Complex 1 is a triclinic system,space group P?1 with a=0.897 6(2) nm,b=1.355 1(3) nm,c=1.538 1 (4) nm,α=92.128(3) °,β=99.029(3) °,γ=106.509(7) °,V=1.764 9(7) nm3,Z=1.In 1,each six?coordinated Cd(II) adopts a distorted octahedral ge?ometry with four nitrogen atoms from triazole ligands and two Cl ions.1 was linked into a one dimensional chain by intermolecular hydrogen bonds.The antibacterial activities of the complexes increased significantly with their concentrations.
