建立新型的家园合作关系,不仅是幼儿教育体制改革的一个重要方面,也是提高家园合作质量的关键,对幼儿当前及长远的发展都具有重要的价值和意义。当前我国家园合作中存在着教育法律制度不完善、实际制度不清晰、相关外部制度不到位等问题,已成为制约家园合作关系重建的制度障碍。重建家园关系,离不开政府的制度供给。从制度视角探讨各级政府的制度供给与创新,提出重建家园合作关系的基本路径,具体包括以下五个方面:1.中央政府创新行政管理制度;2.加强省级政府教育统筹权;3.市级政府创新社会参与制度;4.县级政府创新家长参与制度;5.各级政府联合完善相关的制度环境。

To build the home- kindergarten collaboration relationship is an important aspect is of early childhood education reform and the key to improving the quality of cooperation .The development of chil‐dren's current and long -term has important value and significance .Our co-exist in the current home edu‐cation legal system is imperfect ,the actual system is not clear ,relevant external system is insufficient and so on ,they has become the system obstacles in building the home - kindergarten collaboration relation‐ship .Rebuilding the home-kindergarten collaboration relationship cannot leave the government's system supply .From the perspective of government’s supply system ,this paper talks about the following five as‐pects :1 .the central government administrative system innovation 2 .to correlated the government with education as a w hole 3 .the municipal government innovation participation system 4 .county governments parents involved in innovation system 5 .joint government at all levels to improve the relevant institutional environment .
