对通过国家水稻区试的杂交粳稻品种进行主要米质指标性状的分析,与同期常规粳稻相比,杂交粳稻综合米质较差。对100个杂交粳稻组合米质现状进行了分析,整精米率指标较差,垩白指标较好、食味指标较好,但综合米质好的组合比例较小。结合育种实践提出了杂交粳稻优质育种策略,以选育米质较好的亲本材料为切入点,可以配制出产量优势强,米质优良的杂交粳稻组合。

Based on the analysis of the japonica rice varieties which finished the national network for varieties evaluation, the hybrid combinations are worse than homochronous japonica rice on the integration grain quality. After analysis on another 100 hybrid combinations, the head rice rate is lower, chalkiness traits and taste quality traits are better, but the percentage of synthesis grain quality combination is lower. Combined with breeding practice, the good quality breeding strategy of hybrid combinations is brought forward. If the parents with good quality are selected, the hybrid combination with the high yield superiority and good quality can be proved to truth.
