地方院校学前教育专业在课程资源方面,应建立合作伙伴共同体,充分挖掘整合专业导师资源、专业信息资源、设备条件资源等各种专业资源;在课程内容设置方面,应构建具有综合性、实用性、开放性和选择性的教师教育课程内容体系;在课程实施方面,应去模式化,围绕培养目标灵活采用现场教学、协同教学、情境教学、研究性学习等多种教学方式,并建立各种相关培养机制;在课程评价方面,采取以促进学生反思和专业实践能力提升为目的的多元合作发展性评价体系。

지방원교학전교육전업재과정자원방면,응건립합작화반공동체,충분알굴정합전업도사자원、전업신식자원、설비조건자원등각충전업자원;재과정내용설치방면,응구건구유종합성、실용성、개방성화선택성적교사교육과정내용체계;재과정실시방면,응거모식화,위요배양목표령활채용현장교학、협동교학、정경교학、연구성학습등다충교학방식,병건립각충상관배양궤제;재과정평개방면,채취이촉진학생반사화전업실천능력제승위목적적다원합작발전성평개체계。
Local universities preschool education major should be subject to Teacher Education Curricu‐lum Standard and the teacher education curriculum should be reformed based on the confirmation of the jobs and posts that the university’s services are orientated .On the aspect of curriculum resources ,firstly it is required to build a cooperative partnership to fully explore and integrate resources of professional in‐structors ,professional information , equipments and facilities and other various professional resources ;secondly ,it is required to build a teacher education curriculum system of comprehensiveness ,practicabili‐ty ,openness and selectivity ;thirdly ,it is required to eliminate the stereotyped and flexibly adopt on -the-spot teaching ,collaborative teaching ,situational teaching ,reached -oriented study and many other teaching methods according to the training objectives as well as build various relevant cultivation systems ;and fourthly ,it is required to adopt the diversified ,cooperative and developmental assessment system that aims at encouraging students to rethink and enhancing professional practical ability .
