目的：探讨共同性外斜视的临床特点，手术设计和手术技巧。方法分析30例58只眼的临床疗效，此30例患者采用三棱镜加交替遮盖法，角膜映光法测量33cm和5m处矫正状态及上下转25°斜视角，同视机检查三级功能，根据不同的斜视度及类型，选择不同的手术方式和手术量。术后观察眼位及视觉情况。结果30例患者中，术后正位率93.3%。术前有中心融合14.32%，术后有中心融合63.11%，术后较术前立体视锐度提高者占53.24%。无一例出血感染、眼前段缺血等并发症。结论共同性外斜视详细的术前检查、恰当的手术设计、熟练的手术操作技巧、手术效果良好，有助于双眼视功能恢复和满足美容的需要。
목적：탐토공동성외사시적림상특점，수술설계화수술기교。방법분석30례58지안적림상료효，차30례환자채용삼릉경가교체차개법，각막영광법측량33cm화5m처교정상태급상하전25°사시각，동시궤검사삼급공능，근거불동적사시도급류형，선택불동적수술방식화수술량。술후관찰안위급시각정황。결과30례환자중，술후정위솔93.3%。술전유중심융합14.32%，술후유중심융합63.11%，술후교술전입체시예도제고자점53.24%。무일례출혈감염、안전단결혈등병발증。결론공동성외사시상세적술전검사、흡당적수술설계、숙련적수술조작기교、수술효과량호，유조우쌍안시공능회복화만족미용적수요。
Objetive To investigate the clinical characteristics of concomitant exotropia, operation design and operation skills. Methods The clinical curative effect of 58 eyes of 30 cases were analyzed in this study, 58 eyes were used three prism with alternative cover test, Hirschberg method to measure 33cm and 5m correction state and the oblique angle while at upper and lower rotating 25 degree, synoptophore examination level three functions. Ways of operation and operation amount were different according to the strabismus degree and types. The position of eye and vision was observed after surgery. Results Postoperative orthophoric rate was 93.3% in 30 cases. Postoperative center fusion was 63.1 %( compare to preoperative 14.32%).Postoperative improved stereoscopic acuity was 53.24%. Conclusion Detailed preoperative examination, appropriate operation design, skilled operation technique and good operation effect is helpful to the binocular visual function recovery and meet the need for beauty.
