目的：评价表面麻醉小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术在高原地区大规模白内障防盲手术中应用的有效性和安全性。方法四川省高原地区贫困白内障防盲手术患者457例（457眼），在表面麻醉下行小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入术，观察其麻醉效果、手术并发症及术后视力。结果所有患者均在表面麻醉下完成手术，均无严重的手术并发症。术后第1天，视力≥0.3者384眼，占84.03%。结论在高原地区大规模白内障防盲手术中应用表面麻醉小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术安全、有效。
목적：평개표면마취소절구백내장낭외적제연합인공정체식입술재고원지구대규모백내장방맹수술중응용적유효성화안전성。방법사천성고원지구빈곤백내장방맹수술환자457례（457안），재표면마취하행소절구백내장낭외적제연합인공정상체식입술，관찰기마취효과、수술병발증급술후시력。결과소유환자균재표면마취하완성수술，균무엄중적수술병발증。술후제1천，시력≥0.3자384안，점84.03%。결론재고원지구대규모백내장방맹수술중응용표면마취소절구백내장낭외적제연합인공정체식입술안전、유효。
Objetive To evaluate the efficiency and the security of topical anesthesia in small incision extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation for a large scale cataract surgery for blindness prevention in plateau region. Methods Impoverished patients with cataract in plateau region of Sichuan Province(457 patients, 457 eyes) underwent small incision extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation under topical anesthesia. The effectiveness of topical anesthesia, surgical complications and postoperative visual acuity were observed. Results All the operations were well done under topical anesthesia without any serious complication. The visual acuity of 384 patients (84.03%) were improved to 0.3 or better at the 1st day after surgery. Conclusion Application of small incision extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation under topical anesthesia in a large scale cataract surgery for blindness prevention in plateau region is effective and safe.
