According to the hotel historical energy consumption data, this article analyzed energy saving potential from air conditioning and cold and heat sources of hot water system and lighting system. It pointed out several problems, such as the original hotel air-cooled heat pump system efficiency is low while it didn't run stably in winter. the original electric water heater efficiency is low because of equipment's long service life, which cannot guarantee hot water quality. The lighting lamps isn't high-efficient and other issues. Through the field test and in-depth analysis on its historical energy use data, the team has been looking for energy saving potential and put forward corresponding energy saving renovation plans. they applied magnetic levitation chiller plant to completed air-cooled heat pump update. They also completed a comprehensive energy-saving renovation of the hotel air conditioning water system, hot water system and lighting system, which realized the comprehensive energy saving rate is about 25% and achieved good results to provide a reference for the similar projects.
