目的:探讨雅培CELL-DYN Ruby全自动血细胞分析仪检测有核红细胞(NRBC)的准确性。方法2012年3月—2014年2月取镜检确认的外周血涂片有NRBC的标本102例,分别用显微镜镜检计数法和细胞计数仪法两种方法计数,得到两组数据进行比较分析。结果当标本中NRBC百分比<5%时,两种检测方法比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),说明雅培CELL-DYN Ruby全自动血细胞分析仪检测有核红细胞准确。当标本中NRBC百分比≥5%时,差异有统计学意义,两种检测方法有明显差异,说明在此种情况下检测有一定偏差。结论雅培CELL-DYN Ruby全自动血细胞分析仪检测有核红细胞时准确性较差,如在检测时有NRBC的提示时,一定要推血涂片镜检计数,并用公式计算出白细胞总数。

Objective To investigate the accuracy of Abbott CELL-DYN Ruby automatic blood cell analyzer for the detection of nucleated red blood cell (NRBC). Methods 102 peripheral blood smears with NRBC confirmed by microscopic examination were taken and counted by microscopy counting method and cell counter method, respectively. And the two sets of data were compared and analyzed. Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two test methods when the NRBC containing in the specimens accounted <5%, P>0.05, which suggested that Abbott CELL-DYN Ruby automatic blood cell analyzer could detect NRBC accurately. When the NRBC containing in the specimens accounted ≥5%, the difference between the two test methods was statistically significant, which showed that the detection had certain deviation under this kind circumstance. Conclusion Abbott CELL-DYN Ruby automatic blood cell analyzer has poor accuracy in detecting the nucleated red blood cells. If the detection suggests that there are nucleated red blood cells, the blood specimen should be smeared for microscopy counting, and the total white blood cells should be calculated by the formula.
