目的:评估多种形式集体宣教在药物洗脱支架手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2013年3月~2013年8月入院的107名患者为实验组,自2013年9月~2014年2月入院的106患者为对照组,术前和术后采取问卷调查的形式,分别对实验组多种形式的医疗知识宣教与对照组传统的单一模式宣教进行比较。结果:经过比较发现进行多种形式宣教后的患者对教育内容的掌握程度(84.1%)高于传统的单一模式宣教(68.9%)(P<0.05),并且焦虑程度较低,宣教满意率也较高。结论:多种形式集体宣教方法多,人力资源消耗相对较少,更加促进了医患之间的相互信任与合作。

목적:평고다충형식집체선교재약물세탈지가수술환자중적응용효과。방법:선취2013년3월~2013년8월입원적107명환자위실험조,자2013년9월~2014년2월입원적106환자위대조조,술전화술후채취문권조사적형식,분별대실험조다충형식적의료지식선교여대조조전통적단일모식선교진행비교。결과:경과비교발현진행다충형식선교후적환자대교육내용적장악정도(84.1%)고우전통적단일모식선교(68.9%)(P<0.05),병차초필정도교저,선교만의솔야교고。결론:다충형식집체선교방법다,인력자원소모상대교소,경가촉진료의환지간적상호신임여합작。
Objective: To evaluate the application effect of various forms of collective missionin in patients with drug-eluting stenting.Methods:Selected 107 patients from March to August 2013 admitted to the experimental group.106 patients from September 2013 to February 2014 admitted to the control group.,take the form of a questionnaire survey before and after surgery, respectively, for the experimental group,various forms of medical knowledge,compared with the traditional single mode education for control group.Results:Through the comparison of various forms of propaganda and education of patients after master degree of education content (84.1%) was higher than that of single mode of the traditional education (68.9%) (P<0.05),and the anxiety level is low, the satisfactory rate was also higher education.Conclusion:The various forms of collective education method, human resource consumption is relatively less,more to promote mutual trust and cooperation between doctors and patients.
