目的:探讨YAP及CREB蛋白在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达情况及其意义。方法采用免疫组化检测2008年1月—2013年12月收治的93例患者,观察20例正常卵巢组织、20例良性卵巢肿瘤及53例上皮性卵巢癌组织中YAP、CREB蛋白的表达情况。结果YAP在上皮性卵巢癌组织中阳性表达率为90.57%,而在正常卵巢组织及卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤仅为50%、65%。 CREB蛋白在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达情况(77.36%)也高于正常卵巢组织(5%),两者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论YAP、CREB蛋白可能与上皮性卵巢癌的发生发展密切相关,YAP、CREB在上皮性卵巢癌中的异常表达可为上皮性卵巢癌的诊断、治疗提供实验依据。

목적:탐토YAP급CREB단백재상피성란소암조직중적표체정황급기의의。방법채용면역조화검측2008년1월—2013년12월수치적93례환자,관찰20례정상란소조직、20례량성란소종류급53례상피성란소암조직중YAP、CREB단백적표체정황。결과YAP재상피성란소암조직중양성표체솔위90.57%,이재정상란소조직급란소량성상피성종류부위50%、65%。 CREB단백재상피성란소암조직중적표체정황(77.36%)야고우정상란소조직(5%),량자상비차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론YAP、CREB단백가능여상피성란소암적발생발전밀절상관,YAP、CREB재상피성란소암중적이상표체가위상피성란소암적진단、치료제공실험의거。
Objective To observe the expression of YAP and CREB protein and its significance in epithelial ovarian carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of YAP and CREB protein in 20 cases of normal ovarian tis-sues, 20 cases of benign ovarian tumor tissues and 53 cases of epithelial ovarian carcinoma tissues. Results The positive expres-sion rate of YAP was 90.57% in epithelial ovarian carcinoma tissues, while it was only 50%, 65% in the normal ovarian tissues and benign ovarian epithelial tumor tissues, respectively. The positive expression rate of CREB protein in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues(77.36%) was higher than that in the normal ovarian tissues(5%), the difference between the two groups was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05). Conclusion YAP and CREB protein may be closely related to the occurrence and development of epithelial ovar-ian cancer. The abnormal expression of YAP and CREB in epithelial ovarian cancer can provide an experimental evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of epithelial ovarian cancer.
